DOPPLER SHIFT...!

Just got back from Physics exam...

Now for me, Physics is the next most boring thing than slow internet... Seriously, if I could, I would rather jump off a cliff than attend Physics classes.

But...today's paper was interesting...at least one of the questions were...

THE QUESTION:

The Doppler Shift maybe used in the study of distant galaxies. Explain what is meant by doppler shift and how it is used to deduce the motion of distant galaxies.

MY ANSWER:

First of all, I don't give a damn about what Doppler Shift is, or how it is used to deduce whatever it is supposed to deduce. All I know is, if this 'thing' is supposed to tell us about any thing regarding another galaxy, I totally disagree in using it in any form.

I have reasons for this;
          -if suppose we find any life on any other galaxy, the United States of America would want a war against them. This war may begin due to three main reasons;
                      1) The lifeforms on the new galaxy has more and better military power than the USA. In this case, since the USA is so afraid of having anyone who is powerful than them they would go to war. Proof of this is seen today as USA is threatening Iran of a war.

                      2) The lifeforms on the new planet are weaker but has got something that is valuable to the USA. In this case, since USA is such a crybaby and 'has to get' whatever they want, ultimately they would go for war. And they never fail to prove the point...they wanted oil so they went to war in Iraq...

                      3) At last lets suppose these lifeforms does not have great military power or valuables.Now this leads us to the big one! USA JUST LOVES A GOOD WAR. They like war so much that they have invented wars from WAR ON TERRORISM to WAR ON DIRTY UNDERPANTS!

Get my point???

As a result, all of these situations would end up in a global economic crisis. America would spend all the money they have on the war and the world will have to starve. In the end, for a person like me, who is already a potential environmental refugee, a cold night in hell would be more comfortable.
